Carols at the Castle FAQs

Our much-loved Carols at the Castle is back! It’s truly cemented itself as a firm date in the diary of the town. Tickets are free, but you do need to book – there are currently less than 10% left, so if you’d like to come – book using the button below!

We do get asked a few questions about the event so here are the FAQs, along with answers. Of course, if you’d like any more information about it, do get in touch.

Q: What time does it start?
A: Gates will be open from 4pm, with the event starting at 4:30pm

Q: What time does the event end?
A: The event is expected to conclude around 5:15 pm. Since the weather can often be chilly or wet, we aim to keep the program engaging and concise.

Q: What type of Carols will be performed?
A: You’ll enjoy a lively mix of “rocked-up” Carols! Expect a blend of modern and traditional favorites, all performed by a live band.

Q: Can I bring a pram?
A: Absolutely! There’s an accessible entrance located at the bottom left of the stage for your convenience.

Q: Is the event wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, it is! We have an accessible entrance at the bottom left of the stage to ensure everyone can enjoy the event.

Q: Do you provide allergen information for the hot chocolate and mince pies?
A: While we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements due to time constraints, allergen information will be available at the point of service.
