Wehmut

Hailing from the Manchester scene, Wehmut are sure to promise an explosive set, existing somewhere in the vein of post-rock, and no-wave. Oscillating between slow-burn, dissonant progressions and noisy, abrasive frenzy. Wehmut execute a raw group dynamic reminiscent of the likes of; Slint, Unwound, TheFall, and Shame.

Signifying Nothing

Likened to King Crimson and once described as ‘if Radiohead played Jazz’, this 5-piece prog rock band formed at RNCM in Manchester. Their diverse interests are filtered through a shared passion for experimental rock, resulting in a sound that is simultaneously hard-hitting and mellow, with rich harmonies.

This event is taking place at the at Old School Rooms.
